# NOSIM DAO

The NOSIM community governs itself via the NOSIM DAO, the decentralized governance framework that supports the ecosystem fund. The DAO follows a proposal process to vote on how the ecosystem fund will be distributed by the NOSIM Foundation to promote a diverse and self-sustaining ecosystem. NOSIM holders will be able to vote for a specific proposal in the form of a pledge.

By holding a certain amount of NSM Tokens, users will have the right to make first-hand purchases. Within a certain period, the eligible GameFi project in NOSIM will be opened to NOSIM holders first. Adding on to that, NOSIM holders with a certain amount of NSM Tokens will be invited into the NOSIM VIP Community, where they are able to share new GameFi projects on the market and even other relevant info.
